Lab&Me : How does it work?

Your doctor will provide you with a unique code. You will be asked for it when you first register. Consult your doctor if you haven’t received your code.

Activating the app

1. Verify your personal details

Activate your unique code when you register on the app. You will then see a personalised welcome message. You should now check that all your personal details are correct.

2. Logging in for the first time

Enter your email as your username and a password (it must be at least 8 characters and include one number or one special symbol).

3. Authentication by SMS

Authentication is required the first time you log in to the app. You will receive a security code by SMS.

4. Touch ID and Face ID

If your smartphone is equipped with Touch ID or Face ID functionality, you can log in to your account using your fingerprint or face.

Using the app:

  • Once you’ve logged in, you will be taken to the home screen where you can view your latest health analysis reports.
  • You will see your complete health analysis report. Out-of-range values are clearly highlighted.
  • For each analysis result, you can quickly access practical information, recommendations (if applicable) or messages from your doctor and the laboratory.
