Employee health & safety

The health and safety of our employees is a top priority. We maintain rigorous safety protocols, provide regular training, and promote a culture of well-being throughout the company.

By proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures, we ensure a safe and supportive work environment.

This commitment not only protects our employees but also fosters productivity, engagement, and long-term organizational resilience.

Our commitment to health and safety

Knowledge saves lives. For this reason, first-aid courses are organized in laboratories and offices with the aim of imparting practical and immediately applicable skills. Training strengthens the culture of prevention and makes every employee an active participant in protecting collective health.

Handling potentially hazardous materials requires high standards. Installing fire-resistant cabinets ensures adequate protection against toxic and flammable substances, reduces risks, and ensures compliance with current regulations. Prevention means creating controlled and safe work environments.

Helping communities

At Sonic Suisse, we are committed to supporting communities both locally and globally.

Through initiatives in healthcare, education, and sustainable development, we contribute to improving quality of life and fostering long-term resilience.

In particular, our programs in African communities focus on access to essential healthcare and environmental projects, creating meaningful, lasting impact.

Our contribution to communities

As part of our international solidarity projects, we are committed to giving tools and materials that are no longer in use but still fully functional a second life. Thanks to our collaboration with various foundations, such as the Swiss Medical Initiative and the Kuhner Foundation, we have donated microscopes and computer equipment to Africa and were also able to send laboratory equipment to Ukraine.
At the same time, we have provided support to ensure access to drinking water in the most vulnerable communities, thereby improving the living and health conditions of the local population through the Project Eau Potable initiative.
